This beach house was completed in 2008. We were tasked with designing a house for a family and friends to visit for holidays. The exterior forms and materials were influenced by the classic beach houses and lodges of Pawley's Island while the detailing and interiors reflect a more modern attitude about living.I was responsible as project manager for the collaborative design, construction documents, and construction administration.work performed with Gibson Thompson Guess Architects
