When I was with Gibson Thompson Guess Architects, Reggie had the idea to do a spinning gyroscope-esque sign. This is what I came up with... Rick Avrett of Ole Charleston Forge did the fabrication. Go watch it spin at the corner of Eastbay and Cumberland St. in Charleston SC.
