Fish & Co. – Nashville

Last week I had the pleasure of traveling to Nashville to work with Jerry Brown, Louis and Marlene Osteen. HDG is relocating their restaurant Fish & Co. to the 12 South district. The total move and renovation will take seven days. I spent 48 hours as a hands on design consultant and have continued to correspond by phone and e-mail this week while work is underway.It is an interesting situation to transform a barbecue place into a casual fine dining establishment in a week, especially when you are working from arms length - so I am hoping for the best. I really appreciate the opportunity.
