This is a conceptual sketch of the interior renovation for Saffron on Eastbay St., Charleston. The exterior renovation is complete, (except landscaping). A total interior remodel will begin after Spoleto with a grand re-opening in August. Work includes a new dining room, buffet, bathroom renovation, espresso bar and pastry display.
