Historic Restoration and Adaptive Re-use. Charleston SC. COLLABORATORS: Meadors

DTA collaborated with Meadors to complete the restoration they had already begun on these three contiguous structures.  Our design focus was on the paint colors and the storefront and entrance designs for the two facades that make up 90 Broad St.  It was an honor to work with such a talented team of architects and craftspeople. DTA also designed an addition for the rear of the property which received approval by the City’s Board of Architectural Review but has not yet been built.  Interior design concepts were developed for a restaurant project which did not come to fruition.
