Mizu is a high end Japanese dining concept by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, located on the top floor of a hotel.  David Thompson Studio assisted Mey & Co. to execute their design, coordinated all MEP and Food Service Equipment and performed Construction Administration to see this project to fruition.  The tight floor to floor height and meticulous interior detailing required a high level of creativity in coordinating all trades with hotel utilities and structure.
