Da Toscano Porchetta Shop is the third restaurant we designed for Caitlin and Michael Toscano.  Porchetta Shop is a neighborhood cafe where sandwiches and beverages can be ordered, taken away or consumed on site in an energetic Italian experience.  The material palate includes oak millwork, hand painted concrete floors, stone and antique mirrors.  Lighting fixtures of milk glass, fritted glass, polished brass and amber lamps animate the room with a timeless glow.  The production of sandwiches and coffees is displayed in a public and theatrical manner that recalls a neighborhood corner store.
