A small retail sales office and show room for a national developer, the space provides admin offices, restrooms, kitchenette, conference room and displays for potential home owners to preview the development plans and select finish and fixture packages.  David Thompson Studio provided interior design services including the selection of finishes, fixtures and furniture, the design of cabinetry and custom furniture. The primary design element is a wood framed scrim or screen wall suggesting distinct areas of use without disrupting site lines and shared daylighting.
