Woodlands is the reimagining of an existing restaurant at The Barnsley Resort.  Housed in an existing building adjacent to the golf clubhouse on a historic property in North West Georgia, the restaurant is composed of three distinct dining areas; Dining Room, Private Dining Room and Bar Room, known as Dugan’s Pub .  David Thompson Studio provided interior design services including the selection of finishes, fixtures and furniture and the curation of art throughout. Material selections recall timeless taverns and lodges; custom timber and millwork, rich wall coverings, deep earthy paint colors, soft lighting and luxurious wood and leather seating.
