Indaco is an elevated, modern Italian restaurant offering an approachable, neighborhood dining experience focused on rustic Italian flavors and “leisurely meals shared amongst friends and family”.  Owned by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group.  Located in Germantown, Nashville’s oldest historic district, within a new mixed use building, the design leans into the industrial character of the neighboring buildings.  The material palette includes concrete, reclaimed brick, perforated Corten steel, glazed ceramic tile and rich stained oak paneling. The interior design is softened with antiqued mirror, patterned fabrics and eclectic art emphasizing Nashville’s rich musical history seen through an Italian lens. The free flowing dining space is communal with an open kitchen, sprawling bar and an abundance of glazing to connect diners with the bustling neighborhood, .
